The new Government Decree signed, valid from 7 to 30 April. Here are the rules!
On March 31, 2021, the Draghi Government approved the new decree which will be valid from 7 to 30 April and which indicates the new rules to follow in Italy to limit the infection from Coronavirus.
As it had already been said in recent days, there will be no more yellow areas until the beginning of May, is expected on back to school for some degrees and the governors will no longer be able to close them autonomously. There could be exceptions for the most virtuous regions also based on the progress of the vaccination campaign.
We remember that in the days of Easter, by 3 5 to April, all of Italy will be in red zone, with the possibility of visiting friends and relatives in the area once a day and a maximum of two.
Vaccination obligation for healthcare professionals and pharmacists
We also talk about criminal shield for medical vaccinators who follow the rules, limiting the punishment to cases of gross negligence.
Expected, for those who refuse to get vaccinated, the shift to "tasks, even lower ones" that do not involve the risk of contagion. Otherwise, if it is not possible, also the salary suspension up to December 31.
If the interested parties change their mind, the sanction is withdrawn.
Bars and restaurants
Remain closed bars and restaurants also in the orange area. Take-away is allowed (until 18.00 pm for bars and until 22.00 pm for restaurants) and home deliveries until 22.00 pm
Opening of schools
After Easter, even in the red zone, schools up to sixth grade will be reopened, while from the second grade onwards, distance learning will be carried out.
In orange zone they must be adopted flexible forms to ensure that lessons in the presence of at least 50% of students are guaranteed up to a maximum of 75%.
The novelty is that i Governors of the Regions will not be able to decide on closure of schools.
Travel bans: red and orange areas
From 7 to 30 April it will be it is forbidden to move between the Regions. In orange zone you can only move once a day to visit friends and relatives and only 2, in the municipal area. You can also take children under 14 and disabled people. In red zone this is not allowed. Obviously, travel for reasons of necessity, work and health are always worth it.
Furthermore, we reiterate that the Regions will only be red or orange zones, the yellow zone will be temporarily abolished.
The yellow areas
It will be possible to return to the yellow zone from May and only if the infections are low and it is up to date with the progress of the vaccination campaign.
Museums, swimming pools and gyms
No reopening is planned yet.
Public competitions
The public competitions from 3 May, insecurity. They can be carried out face to face, preventing candidates from moving from one Region to another and, where possible, they will be done outdoors. They will be held on a provincial and regional basis and in compliance with the guidelines validated by the Technical Scientific Committee.
Curfew
The curfew remains from hour to hour 22.00 5.00.
