No lockdown and curfew. Total closure of many activities, while the others will have to give up the evening opening.
After the demonstrations for the proposal of De Luca, to send Campania in lockdown, Tale takes the floor. As we had anticipated, the lockdown is averted, but the president of the government directly declared the new ordinances kept within the new DPCM that are rigid.
The country cannot afford the lockdown. Here are the new measures which will come into effect from the evening of 25 October until 24th November.
Entertainment and Culture
- Bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, restaurants: they will close at 18:00 every day including holidays.
- Allow home deliveries and take away
- Restaurant tables for up to 4 people, except for larger families
- It is forbidden to consume food after 18:00 in public areas
- Total closure of gyms, swimming pools, wellness centers, spas
- Total closure of game rooms, bingo, ballrooms, amusement parks, discos
- Total closure of cinemas, theaters, concert halls
- The museums remain open
Ceremonies and Parties
No celebration allowed following civil and religious ceremonies, therefore no limit of 30 people, but total suspension. Congresses, national and international fairs, events will be allowed only remotely.
Sport
All the non-professional sports competitions. The only sporting activity allowed will be the one without contact but always outside of gyms and swimming pools.
Work
Smart-working in the public administration and is also encouraged in private companies as far as possible.
Habits in the house
Conte strongly recommends do not receive people who are not part of their family at home (needless to say that in the case of people outside cohabitants it is practically mandatory to wear a mask)
Economic compensation
Conte makes a commitment, declaring that the compensation is ready for all those who will be economically affected by these new rules. The refreshments will arrive directly on the bank accounts of the interested parties by bank transfer through the revenue agency.
New non-repayable contributions will arrive, new tax credit for commercial rentals in October and November, second IMU installment canceled, layoffs confirmed, new one-off monthly allowance for seasonal tourism, entertainment, sports. In addition, an additional monthly emergency income will be offered and support measures in favor of the agri-food chain.
Conte declares that he did not want to impose a curfew, but it is recommended to go out only for strict necessities.
