Finally the ANM electric minibuses designed to circulate mainly in the historic center of the city full of narrow streets and alleys.
In fact their size, approx 6 meters in length, allow him to move in these narrow spaces and improve the public transport service in the city.
They have been put into service experimentally at the moment and, if the evaluations are positive, they will be purchased by the company. In fact, at the moment they are only on trial and are white and green, but if they are bought they will acquire the colors of the company.
These days they are circulating in the Rione Sanità and are verifying the practicability of the differences in height and autonomy.
Another 15 electric buses are on the way
Currently only one is circulating, for the idea is that of buy 15 and most likely it will happen because already the first ones results are satisfactory and the bus in circulation is coping well with the streets of the neighborhood, also supporting the weight of the many travelers.
In general, with the funds of the PNRR, there will also be many other electric vehicles in Naples, 180 in total, of different sizes and as part of the Full Green project that aims at sustainability.
The new buses of the Campania Region
In general i road vehicles are improving much in the city, in fact the bus fleet is being rejuvenated and the Campania Region will send others 70 buses by spring next year.
In these days, moreover, changes are being made to the service of some lines in different strategic areas of the city based on the comparisons that the administration is having with the citizens.
