The 2019 novel potato festival in Marigliano: a long tradition 17 years
Saturday 1st June 2019 a Marigliano a wonderful appointment is renewed: the one with the Potato Festival News, an event that has in its DNA the effective promotion of one of the products of excellence of the territory of Marigliano andagro nolan.
Also this year this fanciful appointment is the result of the commitment and work of the non-profit association Ambiente Azzurro and of the Pro loco Civitatis of Marigliano,
The new potato is obviously the protagonist of this distant gift of America which is one of the most succulent fruits of a very fertile agricultural area of volcanic origin, the agro-nolan precisely.
During the festival the eponymous tuber can be tasted baked and / or sautéed, but also in many other ways, all devised by one centuries-old tradition to exalt to the maximum the characteristics of this glorious fruit of the earth.
The appointment, from 20 am to 24 pm, as always at Largo San Francesco, in the locality Faibano of Marigliano.
