“O' Spa”, listening and support desk for adolescents in Naples
From 1 December 2024 ASL Napoli 1 Center has activated “O' Spa”, a new free service designed for adolescents between 15 and 20 years old. The counter, located at the Addictions Department in Via Belvedere 113 – Vomero, was born to offer a space for participation and accompaniment, providing support to those who find themselves in situations of hardship or vulnerability.
What are the objectives of the service?
The counter “O' Spa”, directed by Dr Gennaro Shepherd, has the goal of intercept promptly situations of adolescent distress to provide targeted and timely interventions. In particular, the service focuses on:
- Prevention of substance and alcohol use;
- Anti-gambling support;
- Education for conscious sexuality;
- Listening and psychological support.

“O' Spa” is based in Belvedere Street 113 – Vomero and offers free support to young people in need a safe space to express doubts, fears and difficulties. To access, you can:
