The service consists in the creation and publication of promotional content ("advertorials") on the napolike.it website, according to the methods and packages purchased by the Customer.

Each package may include, depending on the level chosen:

• drafting or revising the text;
• basic SEO optimization;
• inclusion in the "Events" section or other thematic areas of the site;
• possible promotion on Napolike's social channels;
• any sponsored campaigns, the financial management of which is at the sole discretion of Matteo Morreale.

3. Sending materials

After purchasing, the Customer will receive an email with a link to the official form for submitting materials, which must be used to provide text, images, logos, and information.

Publication times start only from the moment the material is received completely via this form.

If the Customer sends the material late, such delay may result in the loss of the benefits of the purchased package (for example, publication by a certain date) without the right to any refund, not even partial.

Example: If a package includes publication within 7 days of the event but the Client sends the material late, the difference in cost compared to a cheaper package will not be refunded.

If the material is sent after or during the last available date of the event (or on the day of the event, if it is a single-day event), the Customer may request a full refund, which will be processed within 48 hours and credited back within 7 working days based on the credit card circuit's processing times.

If the Customer does not send the material at all via the official form, the payment will be refunded in full within the same timeframe.

4. Publication times

Publication will take place within the terms specified in the package, starting from the complete and compliant receipt of the material.

Any delays due to incomplete shipments, errors, omissions, or late approvals by the Customer do not entail any liability on the part of Matteo Morreale.

Matteo Morreale may suspend or postpone publication for reasons of force majeure or technical reasons, without this constituting a breach of contract.

5. Review and publication

The Customer can request only one revision when sending the material, via the official form.

No changes, corrections, or updates are permitted after publication.

Material errors may occur in the article; it is the Customer's responsibility to verify the published content and report any inaccuracies.

Matteo Morreale reserves the right to refuse publication for any reason, even without having to provide a reason. In this case, the Customer will receive a full refund within the refund deadlines (processing within 48 hours, credited within 7 days).

6. Links and promotional content

The inclusion of links or direct references to external sites is not guaranteed. Any inclusion is at the editorial staff's discretion.

Content must not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Any responsibility for texts, images or declarations provided by the Customer falls exclusively on the Customer himself.

7. Fee and payment

Payment must be made in advance using the indicated methods (card, PayPal, bank transfer or other available systems).

The Service will start only after payment confirmation.

Hosting and third-party service costs (such as sponsored campaigns or external platforms) are not included in the package price and may vary based on the number of users or performance.

In case of non-payment, the service will not be provided and no refund is due.

8. Right of withdrawal

Since this is a customized and personalized service, the right of withdrawal provided for by the Consumer Code (Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c, Legislative Decree 206/2005) does not apply.

However, the Customer can freely withdraw from the purchase only before the article is published, with a full refund.

After publication, withdrawal is no longer possible.

9. Removal of Content

The Customer may request the free removal of the published content at any time.

Removal does not entitle you to any refund, partial or total.

10. Responsibility

Matteo Morreale does not guarantee specific results in terms of views, clicks, or conversions.

We are not responsible for delays, malfunctions, or suspensions of the napolike.it website caused by maintenance, technical problems, or external events.

The Customer indemnifies Matteo Morreale from any liability for any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or in violation of the rights of others provided or requested.

Under no circumstances may Matteo Morreale be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or lost earnings.

11. Data and privacy

By submitting materials and requesting publication, the Customer consents to the inclusion of his or her personal and contact information in an internal database managed by Matteo Morreale, used exclusively for service management and related communications.

Data processing is carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and current Italian legislation.

12. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the request, with the refund being credited within 7 business days based on the processing time of the credit card used.

13. Applicable law and competent court

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law.

The Court of Naples shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution.

14. Suspension

Matteo Morreale may suspend or postpone publication for reasons of force majeure or technical reasons, without this constituting a breach of contract.
