Borgo Santa Lucia in Naples

The Borgo Antico

The Ancient Village of Santa Lucia takes its name from the sanctuary of Saint Lucia a Mare and extends in a territory that includes Piazza Vittoria, via Chiatamone, via Partenope, the islet of Megaride, with the Castel dell'Ovo and the characteristic Borgo Marinari, the Molosiglio, via Cesario Console and the so-called Pallonetto di Santa Lucia on the slopes of Mount Echia.

In this neighborhood you can also admire the Giant's Fountain, the remains of the villa of Licinio Lucullo on Monte Echia, the characteristic alleys of Pallonetto, the monument to Umberto I by Achille Orsi and the picturesque fishing port.
