Open Day from To Cure to To Care in Naples, free screenings and vaccinations

Tuesday, September 30th, from 10: 00 to 18: 00, the parking lot of the La Birreria Shopping Center in Piazza Madonna dell'Arco 12 hosts theOpen Day – From To Cure to To Care, promoted by UOC Coordination of Social and Health Activities of the ASL Napoli 1 Centro with the patronage of the City of Naples. A day entirely dedicated to the prevention, health promotion andsocial inclusion, with free activities open to all citizens. The initiative stems from the commitment of several health departments—Prevention, Addictions, and Epidemiology—and aims to strengthen the concept of community welfare.

Screening and vaccines available

The Open Day represents a concrete opportunity to learn more about healthcare services. Before listing the planned activities, it's worth noting that there are no special requirements for participation: access is free and designed to include both vulnerable and disabled citizens. STP (temporarily present foreigners). Screening and vaccinations are of fundamental value because they allow for early diagnosis and long-lasting protection, improving the quality of life.

• Free screenings: HCV (hepatitis C) and colorectal (kit delivery).
• Administrations: Vaccine Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), vaccines for adults against Herpes zoster, pneumococcus, diphtheria, tetanus, and whooping cough ed hepatitis A.
• Reservations: Pap test, HPV and mammography.
