New extraordinary openings of the Reggia di Carditello until February 2019 with guided tours by volunteers.
The appointments have returned Extraordinary openings of the Royal Palace of Carditello with an initiative that started in October and will continue until February 3 2019.
D0po the success of the previous months, which saw the great influx of many tourists, the Fondazione Real Sito di Carditello opens its doors to the public again. In this way anyone will be able to discover even more this piece of history of our land and that it is part of the 22 sites belonging to the Bourbon royal family.
Le guided tours are organized in a path realized with the collaboration of the volunteers of the 21 Agenda Association for Carditello and the Regi Lagni and will lead the visitors in the rooms on the main floor and in the area in front of the building. No reservation needed.
Although the Palace is still in restorationThese extraordinary openings are an effort to show as many people as possible a part of the wealth of our artistic and cultural heritage. Recall that the Palace of Carditello was commissioned by Ferdinand IV of Bourbon to the architect Francesco Collecini, a pupil of Luigi Vanvitelli, and was built in 1787.
