The works for the PalaVesuvio di Ponticelli start: the large area in the East Naples area will be affected by important works for its redevelopment!
The Palavesuvio, the large sports facility located in the east of the city of Napoli, particularly in the Ponticelli district, will be affected by important ones works for redevelopment of the whole area.
Some time ago City of Naples had already provided for the maintenance of the gyms that hosted the training and competitions for the Universiade, and in fact the new works for which they have been allocated 400mila euro they will concern the external areas of the plant, spaces long abandoned and vandalized.
Work on the Palavesuvio di Ponticelli
The new works for Ponticelli's Palavesuvio will concern the soccer fields with the provision of synthetic grass, new rubber surfaces for the basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, with baskets, nets and seats.
Also the Amphitheater will not be immune to maintenance with interventions on the terrace, the renovation of changing rooms, dressing rooms and toilets. All the systems, flooring and furnishings of the premises surrounding the show area will also be redone.
To complete all these interventions it will take approximately six months, after which a large and important structure will be returned to the Neapolitan citizens after years of neglect.
