Patti Smith will be in Naples the 12nd June 2013 for a concert atArenile Reload of Bagnoli. She will open the dances for the triptych of live benefits for the reconstruction of City of Science, and organized by Neapolis Festival and Giffoni Experience.
The first appointment will be with the priestess of rock, and then leave the place to the chameleon Tricky the next 25 July for the second round, which will follow the one of the Kings of Convenience, the Norwegian duo composed of Erlend Øye and Eirik Glambek Bøe, who will take the stage of Arenile the following day, Friday 26 July 2013.
Great music is at home in Naples: after Springsteen in May and before Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits in July, it is Patti Smith's turn, to finally dispel a ten-year taboo, in spite of those who still claim that the rock in Italy it is not appreciated and understood.
THEsummer Neapolitan thickens of excellent names of the genre in question, denying once and for all this defamatory voice.
