Starting from Friday 3 December to Sunday 12 December 2021 the wonderful Augusteo Theater of Naples, in Piazzetta Duca D'Aosta, will host the show There is nothing to laugh about by Lamberto Lambertini and Peppe Barra.
It will be a special show that can unite comedy with emotion, lightness and culture, vulgarity with refinement. Thanks to sudden changes of scene, costumes, lights and languages, and to the special live music the show will entertain and at the same time reflect.
The protagonists
At the center of the show There is nothing to laugh about there will be Peppe Barra and Lalla Esposito, accompanied on stage by live musicians Giuseppe Di Colandrea on clarinet, Agostino Oliviero on violin and mandolin, Antonio Ottaviano on piano.
The public will find themselves looking at the theater from the point of view of the actors, with the curtain, the wings, the boxes turned on as a backdrop and the limelight turned on towards the audience. Peppe Barra and Lalla Esposito will compete with songs, monologues and parodies of traditional Neapolitan theater to give you a unique show.
We also remind you that on December 3 the appointment with the new theatrical season at the Augusteo Theater is renewed with many shows scheduled.
