Pessoa Luna Park in Naples: opening tonight at the Castel Sant'Elmo moat with free admission.

Starting tonight, July 16, 2026 , the Moat of Castel Sant'Elmo will open to the public for the first time and become the home of Pessoa Luna Park , the traveling cultural village that transforms forgotten urban spaces into places of meeting, play, and creativity.

The inauguration is scheduled for Thursday, July 16th at 19:00 PM with free admission . This special evening will include a collective ritual by the Banda Basaglia , a sunset masquerade party, and a performance by drag queen Karma B. The first 100 visitors will receive a special gift as the first to cross the moat.

An interactive cultural park

Pessoa Luna Park is much more than just an event: it's an interactive cultural park offering XXL installations, games that challenge stereotypes, a chess area, concerts, DJ sets, talks, films, and open-air theater. All this is accompanied by readings, live podcasts, and convivial moments with shared tables and food and wine formats. Among the featured artists is artist Roxy in the Box.

The project is based on a vision that combines culture, sustainability, and innovation : recycled materials are used and the transformation of plastic into filaments for 3D printing is being experimented with.
