Extraordinary cleaning of the streets of Naples, parking bans and removal of recycling bells
The Municipality of Naples has started a project this week radical cleansing called “Clean Quarter”, which will involve all the Municipalities of the city. The goal is to improve the conditions of our streets through various interventions and the temporary removal of the bells for separate waste collection, in order to also clean the areas underneath.
What are the cleaning interventions?
The operations envisaged by the initiative “Clean Neighborhood” are much more than just sweeping. They will be carried out weed control interventions to remove weeds that invade sidewalks and flower beds, followed by careful sidewalk washing and streets, often overlooked in regular cleaning services.
Furthermore, to allow for a deeper cleaning, it is also provided with the temporary removal of bells for separate waste collection, so as to sanitize the areas underneath, which often accumulate hidden debris and waste.
The calendar of interventions: dates and places involved
The cleaning operations will follow a precise program and will involve, in rotation, different areas of the Neapolitan Municipalities. During these days It is advisable not to stop in the areas in question given that temporary parking restrictions will be established 7:00 am - 12:00 am.
