Ingredients

  • 500 gr fresh anchovies
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a clove of garlic
  • 20 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • a pinch of oregano
  • a lemon

We prepare the anchovies

We compose the cake pan

We heat in a large saucepan, one baking tin in fact, a little extra-virgin olive oil and a garlic clove. Leaving everything on a low heat, let's say the anchovies a little at a time. After that, mix it with lemon juice and, if you like, thin slices of the same.
