Ingredients

  • 300 gr fresh tuna fillet
  • 200 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 20 gr pitted black olives
  • 10 gr desalted capers
  • a sprig of parsley

Let's cook the fish

To prepare a tasty tuna sauce to be preserved even in a jar, start by placing a pan on medium heat and brown thefinely chopped garlic, or even crushed with the appropriate kitchen tool, and extra virgin olive oil. Then add the fillet of tuna cut into small pieces.

Complete the sauce

Cook the fish for at least 2-3 minutes before dipping it in the meat sauce, from which we will have picked up part of the tuna to be added at a later time. Add the well-washed tomatoes, cut into chunks and season with salt and pepper.
Let thicken the sauce for at least 15 minutes, after which you will need to add the previously browned tuna chunks again. Leave to cook for another 2 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste, and add the last to the tasty sauce. olive and of capers.
