Ingredients

  • 10 Piennolo tomatoes
  • 1 chilli
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • a sprig of fresh parsley

Preparation

We start by cleaning up well, and leaving purge from the presence of sand, the shells leaving them to soak and eliminating the beard that we find on the side with which they were clinging to the rock.
We wash Piennolo tomatoes removing any residual dust and reducing them into small pieces, then put them aside.

In a pan, or saucepan, very large let's heat it up fry the garlic cloves whole and the chili reduced to small pieces. As soon as the oil is hot, add the chopped tomatoes and the tomato paste, then add the tomatoes sea ​​truffles and fasolari. We then cover with a lid (or aluminum foil if there is not a large enough lid available).
