How to get Dazn 50% refund
First of all, remember that there are two types of subscription:
- the one from 29,99 € (standard) which allows you to watch the games on two different devices, on the same internet line;
- the one from 39,99 € (plus) that allows you to watch matches from different houses, therefore using different internet lines.
The refund of 50% of the subscription value it will come automatically, there will be no need to do anything. Indeed, subscribers will receive 15 or 20 euros, depending on their type of subscription, directly on the tale.
Precisely, the refund will arrive on the credit card associated with the account or through a voucher for those who have used a prepaid card or discount on invoice for TIM customers.
You will not have to send requests or fill out forms and Dazn will automatically recognize what kind of subscription it is dealing with.
When will the Dazn refund arrive?
Refunds for subscriptions will arrive by next two weeks and users will receive it via a communication sent to theEmail associated with the subscription.

The English company also assured that i technical problems that caused the outages have been resolved and therefore the problems that have plagued many users during the broadcasting of the games will not be repeated.
