Reopen the historic Fiorenzano rosticceria in the heart of Naples with the famous fried pizzas and a restaurant!
Wednesday 25 October 2017, at 18: 30, re-opens, after more than 15 years, the local historian Fiorenzano alla Pignasecca, in the belly of Naples.
The Fiorenzano family has always been renowned for the skill and genuineness with which it prepares gastronomic delicacies and the new brand "Fiorenzano Pizzaioli dal 1897" will revisit the tradition of fried pizza, fry and rotisserie.
To this project of rebirth the great names in the history of Neapolitan pizza will take part, including: Renato Fiorenzano, rosticcere and master of fried pizza, Alessandro Errico, pizzaiolo, son of the historic Brandi pizza maker where the famous pizza margherita was born and Antonio Ammaturo, son of the historic pizzeria in Palinuro where father Luigi invented the very famous " Cigar of Palinuro ".
In the new business they will let us taste the Neapolitan specialties and their creations, whose names refer to doors and historic districts of the city.
