At the Donnaregina Museum of Contemporary Art, Also known as Mother Museum of Naples, from 17 December 2021 and until 2 May 2022 you can visit a special exhibition from the cob Rethinking Nature, which investigates the relationship between man and nature.
The themes that will be addressed during the exhibition are in fact linked topolitical ecology and the ethical need for restore the relationship that ever since man settled with nature and with the ecosystems that surround it.
The itinerary of the exhibition
The entire exhibition is located on the third floor of the Museum and will present the visitor with a series of works of various Italian and international artists that report a colonialist view of nature, where the latter is intended only as a place to appropriate.
Continuing, a series of sculptural and video projects will bring the center of attention nature concept nowadays, illustrating the practices of exploitation of natural resources. The exhibition continues with themes dedicated to spirituality, ecological healing and traditional knowledge.
