Shinzui Frozen Ramen Recall: Here Are the Batches at Risk

Il Ministry of Health reported the recall of some batches of Shinzui Ramen brand frozen ramenThe reason given in the notice is the failure to authorize the establishment Production. The five recalled products

The recalls affect several products in the Shinzui Ramen range, with packages weighing between 595 and 705 grams. Here's the complete list:

• tonkotsu ramen, 605 gram packs, lots 260211TONS (TMC 10/02/2027) and 260217MIPS (TMC 16/02/2027);
• Tantan ramen, 705 gram packs, batch 260216TANS (TMC 15/02/2027);
• shoyu ramen, 595 gram packs, lots 2602138H08 (TMC 12/02/2027) and 260217MIPS (TMC 16/02/2027);
• Spicy Miso Ramen, 620 gram packs, batch 260217MIPS (TMC 16/02/2027);
• miso ramen, 620 gram packs, batch 260212MIS (TMC 11/02/2027).

Why the recall was ordered

The reason for the recall is the failure to authorize the establishment which produced the references. The company indicated is Shinzui Ramen by Toyama Melgar Jose Miguel, with production plant in Via Achille Grandi 4/6, in Peschiera Borromeo, in the metropolitan city of Milan.

This is a precautionary measure ordered by the operator and reported by the Ministry of Health. The problem does not concern the individual ingredients, but rather the manufacturing site's proper authorization, as is the case in similar food safety cases.

What to do if you bought one of these ramen

The Ministry's recommendation is clear: do not consume the products with the minimum shelf life and batch numbers indicated. Anyone in possession of a recalled package can return it to the point of purchase.

1. Check the packaging for lot number and TMC;
2. compare them with the list of recalled products;
3. if they match, do not consume the product and keep the packaging;
4. return the product to Point of sale where you purchased it.
