Food recall: Fiorucci sausages due to allergens, organic eggs due to Salmonella

Over the weekend, the Ministry of Health published two new food recall notices involving products also distributed in the Campania region. The recall concerns a batch of sausages branded Fiorucci recalled for allergens not declared on the label, and nine batches of fresh organic eggs under the brand Organic Farm due to the risk of contamination from Salmonella typhimurium. Fiorucci Suillo Sausages: Batch Recalled

The Ministry of Health has announced the recall, by the manufacturer, of a batch of pork sausages from the line Suillo FiorucciThe reason is the presence of casein (milk proteins) not declared on the label, despite the packaging stating "free from milk, lactose, and caseinates." The product is sold in 250-gram packs.

Organic Eggs from Bio Fattoria: Batches Recalled for Salmonella

The Ministry of Health has also published the recall of nine batches of fresh eggs from organic farming Category A brand Organic Farm, produced by Paradello Farm Agricultural Society SS of Rodengo Saiano (BS), for the presence of Salmonella typhimurium.

What to do in case of a recalled product

If you purchased one of these products, the procedure is simple: do not consume it and return it to the store where you purchased it.
