There are several planned tonight closures for the junctions of the Naples ring road to allow for some simpler necessary interventions to be implemented at night when traffic is limited. It is about both closures relating to exits both of closures at the entrance to the Tangenziale.
In fact, it will not be possible to transit on some sections of the ring road from 21 July evening until the morning of 22 July and in some cases 23 July 2023.
Below we report the information relating to these closures mainly between Agnano, Fuorigrotta ed Arenella.
The closures in the ring road and the alternative routes
Here are the closures:
- from 22,00 on 21 July to 6,00 on 22 July of the following days and from 23,00 on 22 July 2022 to 6,00 on 23 July the "Fuorigrotta / Italia '90" motorway section will be closed (link road connecting via Agnano agli Astroni / Tangenziale) towards Pozzuoli. Consequently, the obligatory exit is "Fuorigrotta" towards Pozzuoli. For those coming from the motorways, a recommended return is at the link road connecting via Agnano to the Astroni / Tangenziale called "Italia '90" with the following alternative route:
- via Cintia, via Terracina, via Nuova Agnano, via Agnano allo Astroni.
- from 22,00 on 21 July to 6,00 on 22 July of the following days and from 23,00 on 22 July 2022 to 6,00 on 23 July the "Fuorigrotta" exit in the direction of Pozzuoli will be closed. For cars coming from ordinary roads, the recommended alternative entrance is at the link road connecting via Agnano agli Astroni / Tangenziale called “Italia '90”;
- from 23,00 pm on July 21st and at 6,00 am on July 22nd the "Arenella" exit will be closed in both directions. For cars coming from the motorway axis, the recommended alternative exit is “Camaldoli”;
- from 23,00 pm 21 July to 6,00 am on 22 July the "Arenella" entrance junction will be closed in both directions. Cars coming from ordinary roads can use the recommended alternative entrance "Vomero".
