The Royal Palace is attracting many visitors with its event “A Saturday fit for a King”. It is an appointment that is part of the enhancement projects in 2022 in which the Royal Palace organizes extraordinary evening openings which allow the public to visit the complex by 20: 00 23 to: 00 at a small entrance fee: 2 euro.

After the incredible success obtained for each single appointment, the appointments are also renewed for the days of also Friday 8 and Saturday 9 December 2022.

The Christmas Tree at the Royal Palace for the Immaculate Conception

For December 8, the day of the Immaculate Conception, the inauguration is also planned of the Christmas tree of the Royal Palace. The latter will be located at the foot of the grand staircase and small events will be organized for the occasion organisers' activities for the most small: like the possibility of leaving a letter for Santa Claus.

The King's Nativity

More under Christmas, however, will be presented to the public Il King's crib, owned by Intesa Sanpaolo. Inside are present as well 200 characters and almost 150 accessories, it was created, among the many artists, also by Sanmartino Giuseppe, the same author of the Veiled Christ, and Francesco Celebrano.

Usually this work is exhibited in the Chapel of the complex, but on the day of 18 December 2022 it will be specially moved to the end of the route for people visiting the Royal Historical Apartment.
