Taburno Bean Festival in Campoli with traditional dishes, wine, and music

On Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 5th, 2025, Campoli del Monte Taburno (BN) hosts the 30th edition of the Taburno Bean Festival , an event that for three decades has brought the authentic flavors of rural tradition to the table. The event is one of the most anticipated in Sannio, not only for the quality of the dishes offered but also for the festive atmosphere that transforms the village into a meeting place for residents and visitors. Taburno beans, cultivated in these lands for centuries, are the heart of the festival and are reinterpreted in recipes that combine historical memory and gastronomic creativity.

Program for October 4th

The festival kicks off on Saturday with an event that combines nature and conviviality: Aperitivo in the Vineyard at 18:00 PM, an opportunity to taste local wines and traditional products among the rows of vines surrounding Campoli. From 19:30 PM, the food stands and grill will open , where visitors can savor dishes featuring Taburno beans and other Samnite specialties, cooked according to tradition. The evening will be enlivened by music and entertainment, transforming the village into a huge stage for a popular celebration.

Sunday kicks off at 11:00 a.m. with a conference on the history of the area , a moment of reflection and exploration that enriches the festival experience with cultural insights. At noon, the Aperitivo in the Vineyard returns , followed by the opening of the food stands for lunch. The same stands will also be open for dinner from 19:30 p.m., offering a range of bean-based dishes, grilled main courses, and Taburno wines. The day will culminate with music and dancing in the square, in an authentic and participatory festive atmosphere.
