Porcini Mushroom Festival and Pumpkin Village in Bagnara 2024

Il 28 and 29 September 2024, the hamlet of Bagnara, in the municipality of Sant'Angelo a Cupolo, celebrates the return of the Porcini Mushroom Festival and the Pumpkin Village. After a nine-year hiatus, the Agorà Bagnara Association is thrilled to relaunch the community’s beloved events, offering a weekend filled with food and fun for all ages.

Between porcini mushrooms and pumpkins

Porcini mushrooms, treasures of the undergrowth, will be the undisputed protagonists of the festival. Visitors will be able to taste them in various dishes, celebrating their rich and earthy flavor. The Pumpkin Village adds a touch of magic and creativity to the event, giving the most small the opportunity to choose, decorate and take home your own pumpkin.

What does the festival include?

The event offers a variety of activities to excite visitors of all ages:

• Gastronomic stands: Open on Saturday evening from 19.30pm and on Sunday for lunch, they offer the chance to taste porcini mushrooms in various traditional dishes.
• Pumpkin Village: Open Saturday from 15.00pm to 18.00pm and Sunday from 11.00am to 18.00pm, it is a dedicated area where children can choose and decorate pumpkins.
