Ercolano Fish Festival 2025 with risotto, cuoppo, and seafood specialties

La Herculaneum Fish Festival back for his 19 edition, bringing with it the scents and flavours of the sea in two intense weekends: 29-30-31 August e 5-6-7 September 2025. The event, organized by the Italian Red Cross – Herculaneum Committee With the patronage of the Municipality, it has become an unmissable event for lovers of good food and for those who want to enjoy an experience marked by conviviality and solidarity.

What do you eat at the Fish Festival?

The absolute protagonist will naturally be the fresh fish, presented in dishes that showcase the Campanian culinary tradition. From classics to simpler flavors, here are some of the specialties you'll find at the stands:

• Seafood risotto, rich and fragrant, prepared with fresh seafood.
• Cuoppo of the sea, with crispy, golden fried foods that smell of tradition.
• Mountaineer e cup of earth, for those who love rustic and genuine flavours.
• Zeppoline, chips and sausages, perfect for children and for those who prefer a simple snack.

Each dish will be accompanied by local wine and refreshing drinks, making every tasting a moment of celebration.

Musica e intratenimento

The festival is not just about taste but also about joy and socializing. Every evening, from 20pm onwards, the parking lot of the Herculaneum excavations, in Via dei Papiri Ercolanesi, will be transformed into a large party space with:

A solidarity event

The Fish Festival is an initiative that combines the joy of celebration with the value of solidarity. All proceeds will go to welfare activities of the Italian Red Cross in the cities of Herculaneum, Torre del Greco, and Torre Annunziata. Participating therefore means not only enjoying great food and good music, but also making a concrete contribution to an important cause.
