Gauro raw ham festival 2024 in Montecorvino Rovella (SA)

A Goofy, fraction of the municipality of Montecorvino Rovella (SA), the 39th edition of the Ham Festival by10 to 11 August 2024. This highly anticipated event is part of the celebrations for SS. Savior and attracts thousands of visitors every year. It will be a unique opportunity to taste ham in all its forms, along with numerous other gastronomic specialties.

What do you eat at the festival

The gastronomic journey of Gauro Ham Festival offers a wide range of culinary specialties, with particular attention also to the options gluten free. Among the dishes offered are:

• Traditional sandwich
• Ham and mozzarella sandwich
• Caciocavallo hanged
• zeppole
• Tipical desserts

To quench the thirst of visitors, there will be the traditional wine with percoche and a spilling fountain country wine. This makes the culinary experience even more special and authentic, celebrating the local flavors and traditions of the area.

Shows and other activities

The evenings of the Ham Festival they will be animated by a rich entertainment program. The August 10th at 22.00 pm, the Popular music company, while the 'August 11th it will be the turn of the concert French Pine.
