Ammugliatiello Festival 2026 in Ponte: dates, program, and information

From July 31 to August 2, 2026 , the Ammugliatiello Festival returns to Ponte , in the province of Benevento, this year's edition of the charming Contrada Ferrarisi . Three evenings dedicated to traditional Samnite cuisine, folklore, and entertainment for all ages.

Ammugliatiello is a traditional peasant dish from Campania: a roll of fresh pasta filled with cheese, herbs, and spices, baked in the oven, and served with tomato sauce. The festival was created to preserve and promote this ancient recipe, passed down from generation to generation.

2026 Festival Program

Every evening, starting at 20:00 PM, food stands will offer a rich traditional menu. In addition to Ammugliatiello, sausage, fetta, fries, and montanara will be available, accompanied by cold beer and Sannio wine.

Friday July 31th – Opening evening with Game Park: games and entertainment for adults and children.
Saturday August 1th – On stage Michele Roscica, the Neapolitan orchestra man, with an engaging musical show.
Sunday August 2st – Grand finale with the Dance night animated by DJ Spok & DJ Spok Junior for an evening of music and fun.

For those who want to end their dinner on a sweet note, crepes and warm Nutella doughnuts will also be available.

How to Get There

Ponte is located in the heart of the Sannio Benevento area, about 15 km from Benevento. It's easily accessible by car via the SS88 (Ponte exit) or the SS372. The Contrada Ferrarisi is signposted at the entrance to the town.
