Salerno's 2026 Pennette all'Ogliarese Festival: the six-night program

From Friday, July 3rd to Wednesday, July 8th, 2026 returns to Ogliara, on the hills near Salerno, the Festival of Pennette all'Ogliarese, now in its 17th edition. Six delicious evenings featuring the famous first course served directly from a parmesan wheel cut in half.

Organized by Pro Loco Ogliara, the festival offers the best of the local culinary tradition: Pennette all'Ogliarese, courgette flower pizzelle, aubergines allardiate, sandwiches filled with sausage or spleen, caponata and the inevitable Ogliara zeppole from the secret recipe. There are also stands for celiacs.

Every evening, from 20:30 pm, piano bar with Salvatore and MariaRosaria, followed at 22:00 pm by the PennettaMusicFest:
