Cervino's Olive Oil Festival features tastings and live music.

From 24 26 to October 2025 a Cervino, will return the Olive Oil Festival, a festival that combines taste, tradition, and conviviality. For three days, we will breathe in the authentic atmosphere of the area between tastings, visits to the oil mills, live music and typical dishes prepared with new oil.

A simple and genuine event, designed to let us experience firsthand the bond between the community and its most precious product: extra virgin olive oil.

History and meaning of the festival

La Cervino Olive Oil Festival was born to celebrate one of the strongest symbols of the territory: theextra virgin olive oil, the fruit of the work of local mills and a peasant tradition that has been handed down for generations.
The event, organized by Pro Loco Cervino with the support of the Municipality of CervinoOver time, it has become a reference point for those who love discovering and promoting the authentic flavors of Campania. Each edition is designed to offer a first-hand look at the olive oil journey, from harvesting to pressing, while maintaining a strong connection with local culture and roots.

Program of the 27th edition of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Festival

Also this year the Cervino Olive Oil Festival will offer a rich program of events designed to involve adults and children. visits to the oil mills, live music, conferences , excursions and moments of conviviality, we will experience three intense days dedicated to local flavors and traditions.

Friday 14th October

The day will start with a school visit to the oil mills 9:30, an opportunity to introduce the younger generations to the oil journey. 19:00 there will be theopening of food stands, followed by 20:30 from a moment of live music.

Saturday October 25

All 11:00 there will be a conference at the “Casa della Vigna”, dedicated to the culture of oil and to discussions with experts in the sector. From 19:00 they will return open stands with tastings and typical dishes, while from 21:30 we will attend a concert of live music with Franco Tispi.

Sunday October 26

The last day will start at 9:00 with an experience of trekking, followed by 10:30 from Harley Davidson rally. At half past twelve, the lunch in the square organized by Natura Caserta will offer a moment of meeting and conviviality. From 19:00 the stands will reopen and at 20:00 the evening will end with the piano bar "The Best Years".

Flavors and traditions of Cervino

At the Cervino Olive Oil Festival the absolute protagonist will be, as always, thelocal extra virgin olive oil, the basis of every dish and a symbol of the peasant work that has always characterized these lands. Among the food stands we will be able to taste bruschetta seasoned with new oil, legume soups, typical dishes from Campania, but also traditional desserts prepared with simple, genuine ingredients. Each bite will tell a story, made up of harvests, mills, and the expert hands that have guarded the secrets of Cervino's green gold for years.
