The absolute protagonist of the event is the fiore di zucca, the main ingredient of summer cuisine, used in dishes prepared with zero-mile vegetables and the direct participation of citizens. Every evening you can taste a complete menu dedicated to the product and spend a few hours of fun in the name of live music, between stands and alleys of the village.

The festival, held in the Salerno town, is a highly anticipated event thanks to the quality of the local ingredients and its ability to combine gastronomic tradition and popular celebration, in one of the most evocative settings of the Cilento hinterland.
