Il San Carlo will open its next 2022 / 2023 season il 26th November with 'Don Carlo' by Giuseppe Verdi21 years after its last performance. The opera inspired by the original French Don Carlos which was first staged way back in 1867.
For this great occasion the City of Naples has published a special circulation device exclusively for 26 November 2022.
They regulated in Trieste and Trento square e Via San Carlo. For that day there is both an absolute ban on parking, in fact there is the risk of forced removal and the stop of the Taxi parking to leave the area clear.
To recap, the ordinance provides that starting from 12:00 on 26 November:
1. the Do not stop with forced removal and a ban on stopping in Trieste and Trento square (San Carlo Theater loop);
2. suspension of the parcheggio of non-scheduled public transport (taxi) in Via San Carlo (in front of the San Carlo Theater).
