Il 29th November 2024, “Al Chiar di Luna” Complex a Monte di Procida will host a unique event dedicated to the gastronomic tradition of the Phlegraean territory: “Scarolando – pizza like mommy used to make it”The initiative is organized by Mr. Ciro Lubrano Lavender and officially sponsored to promote typical products and consolidate the historical link between the municipalities of bacoli e Monte di Procida. “Scarolando” is more than a food and wine event: it is a tribute to escarole's Pizza, prepared according to family tradition, as mothers used to do in the past.
