The return to school in Campania will take place in a staggered manner from 11 January, in the meantime it is decided on a plan to upgrade transport in view of the reopening!
As announced by the President of the Campania Region Vincenzo De Luca, the back to school, due to Covid-19, it will not happen simultaneously for all classes and schools, but it will happen in a way staggered.
Monday 11 January 2021 pupils of the primary school and first two grades of primary school. From January 18, based on the general epidemiological situation, the return will be evaluated in the presence of the whole primary school, and subsequently, from the 25 January, of the first and second grade secondary school.
With regard to DAD, distance learning, lessons will resume regularly on January 7th.
Furthermore, as stated by Luca Cascone, president of the Transport Commission of the Region, each company is working on its own plan of strengthening so that there are no gatherings and crowds, especially regarding the superiors and universities, students who use public transport the most.
ANM, the school plan
ANM, the Neapolitan Mobility Agency, makes available in addition to 9 school lines also 30 additional buses, to these are also added the tourist buses. In total, there will therefore be 60 buses, 30 of ANM and the other 30 contracted to private individuals.
There will be two lines for tourist buses, la 680 which from Secondigliano will reach Fuorigrotta passing through the Tangenziale and the 606 from Scampia it will reach Garibaldi. There will also be there 665 which from Piscinola will reach Gold Medals.
Eav, the school plan
For Cumana and Circumvesuviana starting next week they will guarantee the 100% service. However, President Umberto De Gregorio says he wants more clarity regarding the needs of schools.
We remember in fact that for the anti-Covid 19 rules the means can be filled only to 50% and consequently it is urgent to understand the origin and destination of the students to avoid dangerous gatherings.
CTP
The CTP, the Compagnia Trasporti Pubblici in Naples will have 25 new buses available by mid-January. However, the company is in extreme difficulty and by now the school lines have been abandoned, to date there are only 1.
