Strike 8 November Circumvesuviana, Cumana EAV, guaranteed timetables and journeys

THE8th November 2024 one will be held national strike of 24 hours which will affect the entire network EAV, involving commuters and users of local public transport (TPL). The protest, called by the unions FILT-CGIL, FIT-CISL, UILT-UIL, UGL-FNA e FAISA-CISAL, aim at renewal of the national collective agreement for the sector, with the aim of improving working conditions in public transport.

But BEWARE: being the third national strike in a row, this time there will be no guaranteed time slots, although some essential journeys will still be guaranteed.

Circumvesuviana strike: guaranteed ride times

During the strike day on November 8, 2024, on Vesuvian lines some essential journeys for commuters will be guaranteed.

Here are the guaranteed departure times for those travelling between Naples and the main destinations served by the network.

From Naples to:

• Sorrento: 05 – 41 – 07 – 29
• Sarno: 05 – 46 – 07 – 34
• poggiomarino: 05 – 50 – 07 – 38

To Naples from:

Cumana and Circumflegrea strike: guaranteed ride times

With regard to Phlegrean lines, even in the event of joining the strike, some journeys will be guaranteed for those travelling between Montesanto and the main destinations. Below are the guaranteed departure times.

Suburban lines: guaranteed departures

On suburban lines, some departures will be guaranteed both from Naples and from Glossop. Here are the guaranteed race times for main links:

• From Naples to Piedimonte Matese: 07:47 - 17:27 - 20:30
• From Piedimonte Matese to Naples: 05:10 - 06:21 - 17:21

Furthermore, on the Naples-Benevento line a will be available replacement car service, which will follow the usual weekday schedule, managed by the company D'Agostino Tours.

MetroCampania NordEst between Aversa and Piscinola

Also on subway lines some trips will be guaranteed throughout the strike day, to ensure a minimum service between Aversa e Piscinola. Below are the guaranteed departure times, but ATTENTION: these are not guarantee bands but the only trips that will be made.
