The reasons for the strike

The strike called for 12th April will take place from 9:01 to 16:59. During this interval, many regional trains may not operate. It is important to note that since the strike is taking place outside the guarantee periods, which are from 6: 00 to 9: 00 and by 18: 00 to 21: 00, no replacement services will be available.

Trains that start their journey before the start of the strike and can reach the final destination within one hour of the start of the strike, will complete the route, otherwise, they could stop at intermediate stations.

In parallel with the regional train strike, the 12th April will also see a disruption of the Line 2 of the Naples metro, managed by Ferrovie dello Stato.

Also in this case, the guarantee time slots will not be covered and no replacement services are provided.
