The National Packaging Consortium - Conai in the person of Luca Ruini, the Municipal Society for Asia waste with the sole administration Domenico Ruggiero, and the mayor of Naples, the mayor Gaetano Manfredi, have signed a very important agreement concerning the waste sorting.
What the project foresees
This agreement should provide for the start of a project that would allow the optimal waste management in Naples, an initiative undertaken for the environment, for the city and obviously also for the citizens themselves.
The idea is to make Naples an urban mine that is a city where second-level raw materials, ie those obtained from the recycling of waste, are recovered and in this way there will be an efficient garbage control.
Obviously required collaboration by citizens, for which information campaigns will be organized. The project, at least in the first phase which will begin at the end of October, will involve 2 out of ten municipalities, which will soon be communicated.
A free waste traceability system to follow the entire cycle and thus organize specific and targeted interventions.
