Spring in Floridiana 2019, an unmissable event with many events dedicated to culture, beauty and inner research
If you want to spend a day dedicated to art, science, but also literature, dance, theater, music, health, botany and ancient oriental disciplines, then you cannot miss the event scheduled at the Duke of Martina Museum - Floridiana.
Last 16 March 2019, at 10.30, the second edition of the exhibition was presented in the museum's ballroom Spring in Floridiana, which includes more than 60 events in the Museum and in the Park with truly unique events. Scheduled from 16 March to 16 June 2019, Primavera in Floridiana presents itself as an event that combines culture, beauty and inner research.
For the occasion, the exhibition of Camellias in Ikebana, able to combine the beauty of the flowers of the Grove of the Camellias of the Floridiana with the magnificence of the Japanese art of Ikebana, in a special location like this museum that holds one of the most important collections of Japanese porcelain from the Edo period.
If all this were not enough, Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June, the museum complex will host, in the area in front of the museum, the Health Campus with dozens of demonstrations ready to involve thousands of people for a prevention activity with free medical visits. An event coordinated by President Annamaria Colao, full professor of Endocrinology at the Federico II University and among the top fifteen Italian women scientists in the world.
It should also be remembered that to participate in meetings it is necessary to have the museum ticket.
