From 5 to 8 November 2021 a Piana di Monte Verna, in the province of Caserta, the appointment with Squares of the Snail, an event that is part ofVIII International Conference on Heliciculture.
Not by chance, Piana di Monte Verna it is in fact known as the City of Snails and therefore could not fail to be the best city to host this event.

Squares of the Snail: the ninth edition
The ninth edition of Piazze della snaaca will allow you to taste many recipes, both traditional and innovative. There will indeed be appetizers of bruschetta with snails, pizza with snails, and then again fried snails and the traditional red snail soup.
In the covered pavilions of the Ricciardi Institute and in the various restaurants, inns and trattorias in Piana di Monte Verna you will also find more traditional dishes such as polenta with sauce and parmesan, peperonata with potatoes and sausage, cavateli beans and rind and sauteed chicory.
