New appointment with the 2019 strawberry and asparagus festival in Cardito: tastings are scheduled at the stands, between music and fun!
L'11 and 12 May 2019 will be held, as by now by tradition, the Asparagus and strawberry festival in Cardito, in the province of Naples.
The event now in its 28th edition and organized by the Belvedere Club in collaboration with the Parish of SS. Giuseppe and Eufemia di Carditello receives great success every year, with the aim of promoting, enhancing and rediscovering the local traditions.
The idea is to recreate through the installation of greenhouses, a naturalistic setting where you can dive to rediscover the traditional cultivation techniques, and of course taste and taste the various products.
In fact, with the preparation of the stands, guests will be able to taste tasty dishes such as asparagus risotto, asparagus and eggs, grilled meat, local mozzarella and finally delicious cups of strawberry with lemon, with cream or ice cream, and the delicious cakes prepared by the local pastry chefs.
There will certainly be no lack of it fun, through musical and entertainment evenings, which will culminate with the fireworks show as a grand finale.
