The series "A professor” return to top Rai 1 at 21:30 with her second season and episodes 3 and 4, promising new events in the world of philosophy and education.
The undisputed protagonist is the Professor Dante Balestra, played by the talented Alessandro Gassmann, key figure who leads the students of the Da Vinci high school through the intellectual and life challenges. There plot is intertwined between school and family walls, with a cast which mixes Italian stars and young talents.
What happened in the previous episodes of A Professor 2
In the second season of “A Professor”, the first episode, “Heraclitus: everything flows“, introduces the secret relationship between Dante Alighieri e Anita, while school life is turned upside down by the arrival of Mimmo, now part of the library team. At the same time, Anita and Manuel move to Dante's villa, creating tensions and suspicions between Simone and Manuel about the relationship between their parents. In parallel, Anita meets Nicola Brandi, a face from his past.
The second episode, “Bergson: time“, focuses on Anita, dealing with Nicola and the reluctant Viola, and on Simone, who faces a violent attack. Meanwhile, Dante struggles with health issues that require medical investigation. The complexity of the plot increases with the return of Floriana from Glasgow, adding new challenges and complications to the already intricate character dynamics.
Plot of the third episode of A Professor 2
La third episode of “A Professor 2” opens under the aegis of Martin Heidegger, with the title “Authentic existence”. In this episode, the life of Professor Dante Balestra and his students becomes even more complicated. Floriana, Anita and Dante find themselves sharing the same space, the professor's luxurious villa, creating a series of embarrassing and tense situations.
The heart of the episode is the decision of Purple to enroll at the Da Vinci high school, encouraged by Dante, who sees great potential in her. In the meantime, Simone, Dante's son, has to deal with the consequences of a recent fight in the gym, which led to the injury of a teammate, Ernesto. The situation worsens when his friends reveal to the principals that there had been an argument between him and Ernesto.
Plot of the fourth episode of A Professor 2
Il fourth episode of “A Professor 2”, entitled “David Hume: Beauty”, continues to weave the complex plot of the scholastic and personal lives of the protagonists. In this episode, Simone Balestra, suspended for ten days following the gym incident, confides in his father, Dante, revealing crucial details involving another student, Mimmo.
In parallel, we see the story between Purple e Ryan, who encounter an unexpected obstacle during a party, leading Viola to a drastic decision: drop out of school. A choice that causes a chain reaction, with Nicola, a mysterious character from Anita's past, who he asks Dante to intervene to convince Viola to return.
At the center of the episode there is also Luna's story, which begins at receive messages from an admirer unknown, and of Nina, that she confides in Manuel that she has a daughter who was removed from her by social services. Dante Alighieri, Meanwhile, faces health problems which take him for medical visits, adding a further layer of tension to the narrative.
