In the second season, we left Andrea Fanti ( Luca Argentero ), a survivor of a coma and 12 years of memory loss , grappling with the challenges of the pandemic . Now, in the third season, Fanti grapples with the difficulty of making peace with his lost memories, on a journey of personal and professional rediscovery .
Returning to his role as head of Internal Medicine at the Policlinico Ambrosiano in Milan, Fanti is accompanied by key characters such as Agnese Tiberi ( Sara Lazzaro ) and Giulia Giordano ( Matilde Gioli ), each with their own secrets and intricate relationships.

The first episode, titled " Awakenings ," sees Doc navigating his return to the position of chief physician. With new responsibilities and pressure from an administrative director threatening to close the department, Doc must balance administration with patient care.
The return of a lost memory adds complexity to the dynamics of the department, bringing turbulence among the team members, particularly Giulia and Riccardo , who is put to the test by the new residents.

The third season of “Doc. Nelle tue mani” introduces new characters , among which Giacomo Giorgio stands out in the role of Federico Lentini , a resident with a privileged past and ambitions of becoming an ophthalmologist.
The series also welcomes Martina Carelli ( Laura Cravedi ), a brilliant intern with a secret that could affect her career, and Lin Wang ( Elisa Wong ), a young Milanese woman of Chinese origins, determined to make her own path in medicine.
