MasterChef 13 ended leaving behind unforgettable moments. Bringing the title of mastechef Italia home is Eleonora Riso who manages to beat Michela and Antonio during the final. But what are they? the menus presented during the last episode of the aspiring chefs?

The winner Eleonora: Ichigo-ichie between Japan and Italy

Michela: Mountain Experience

Michela took the judges on a journey through the mountain trails that have shaped his culinary identity. From the fresh breath of Lake Garda up to the door of his house, the route was able to blend rustic flavors and childhood memories. The appetizer quite satisfies the judges as well as the first course “Sacred and Profane” where meat and fish meet. Subsequently the second course "My Odyssey" which talks about his return to his land. The cooking is perfect for the judges, but something is missing for them: the dish is not there according to Cannavacciuolo.

He ends his journey with his dessert “Full stop” a mix from cassata al almond nougat and pistachios. He doesn't conquer the plating, but the taste and technique do.
