Deacon has serious feelings for Sheila but, despite this, he will side with justice and will therefore betray Carter by allying himself with Ridge and Bill. The woman will manage to escape with Bill who, however, will not hold back and will try to reach her and stop her.

Sheila he won't know where to go. She will know full well that she has everyone after her and she will try to take refuge in "Il Giardino", certain that she can find a solution to everything there. She will be very tired and stressed but, right here, the arrest will take place, always with the complicity of Deacon. During yet another escape attempt, Sheila he will collapse to the ground, victim of an illness.

By now it will be clear: Sheila must have had a heart attack! She will urgently arrive at the emergency room where they will be there to welcome her There and Finn. The first of her will refuse to treat her, determined to take revenge on her enemy once and for all. In the meantime, at the Forrester villa there will be a real meeting called by Ridge, intending to tell everyone about the plan that allowed Sheila to be captured.

All they will find out about Ridge and Bill's plan which led to the arrest of Sheila. In the hospital, in the meantime, the woman's condition appears particularly serious. The decision to be made, however Finn, will be only one: she will decide to put herself at the service of her biological mother for try to save her life and will do so out of professional ethics.

Finn's decision will prove correct and, thus, Sheila will manage to save herself from a condition which, otherwise, would have led to her death. The Ridge and Bill's plan will now be clear to everyone and it will be the young people of the house, in particular Hope, Liam and Wyatt who will find themselves retracing all the most exciting stages.

Everyone will be amazed at how much Bill has committed himself and, in many ways sacrificed, to bring Sheila behind the bars. Finally, then, Spencer will be seen differently by all the Forresters while Brooke and Taylor, discussing what happened, they will doubt that Sheila really had a heart attack. Did she fake it?

Things will seem to slowly return to normal for the Forrester family. Liam, however, will always be hesitant on closeness between Hope and Thomas and will therefore decide to see with his own eyes how the two work together.
