The first Italian edition of 99 to beat is composed of you are betting, broadcast weekly in prime time on Rai 2. In each episode, the 100 contestants will compete in a series of increasingly complex tests, with a single objective: never come last. Those who remain in the game until the end will be able to compete for the final prize pool of 99.000 €.
How does the program work?
Each episode sees the contestants face tests of skill, endurance and luck. Among the most particular challenges stand out:
- Whip the cream and turn it upside down on your head without letting it fall;
- Find the exit of the study blindfolded;
- Melt an ice cube to release a whistle and blow it;
- Leaving your phone on a table hoping you're not the first to receive a call.
Some tests are individual, others are done in pairs or teams. The playing arena, with an industrial style and a megaphone system, adds a touch of spectacle and tension to the contestants' experience.
