When does Eurovision 2025 start? Official dates
THEEuro Vision Song Contest 2025 will start from Basel, in Switzerland, and will be divided into three main evenings broadcast live on television and streaming. The public will be able to follow the highly anticipated event on Rai and on the main dedicated platforms.
The official dates of Eurovision 2025
The most followed musical event in Europe will take place according to the following schedule:
- First Semi-Final: Tuesday 13 May 2025 (broadcast on Rai 2);
- Second Semi-Final: Thursday 15 May 2025 (broadcast on Rai 2);
- Final: Saturday 17 May 2025 (broadcast on Rai 1).
The entire Eurovision will also be available in simulcast on Rai Radio 2 and on Channel 202 of digital terrestrial, as well as streaming on RaiPlay.
Where will the event take place?
THEEurovision 2025 will be held at St. Jakobshalle in Basel, one of the most famous arenas in Switzerland. It will be the third time that the country hosts the event, after the editions of Lugano in 1956 e Lausanne in 1989.
