The Voice Senior: the new edition with Antonella Clerici is underway

One of the most beloved talent shows on the Italian television scene is back on Rai 1 with a new edition. The Voice Senior is ready to give emotions with the performances of the most beautiful voices over 60 in the country. The program stands out for the quality of the competitors and for the telling of their stories, in a mix of talent and passion that conquers the public.

The start date

La Fifth edition of The Voice Senior debuted in Prime time on Rai 1 on February 21, 2025, with weekly episodes aired on Fridays. The appointment confirms itself as a point of reference for music and entertainment enthusiasts.

How many episodes are there

The talent is divided into eight episodes, divided between Blind Auditions, Knock Out and Finale. The schedule of the episodes is as follows:

• Blind Audition 1: 21 February 2025
• Blind Audition 2: 28 February 2025
• Blind Audition 3: 7 March 2025
• Blind Audition 4: 14 March 2025
• Blind Audition 5: 21 March 2025
• Blind Audition 6: 28 March 2025
• Knock Out – Semi-Final: April 4, 2025
• Finish: April 11, 2025

The jury

The four coaches who will guide the contestants in their artistic journey have also been confirmed this year:

• Loredana Berté
• Gigi D'Alessio
• Clementino
• Arisa

The judges will be the protagonists of the famous Blind auditions, where they will listen to the voices without being able to see the contestants. If more than one coach chooses the same artist, the contestant will decide which team to join.

What's new in the new edition

Also this year the coaches will have two strategic tools at their disposal to make the race even more unpredictable:

• The Block Key, which prevents another coach from selecting a contestant.
• The Second Chance Button, which allows an unselected contestant to perform again.

After the selection of talents in the Blind auditions, the contestants will compete in the Knock Out, until the final, where the winner will be decreed by the public televoting.

The Voice Senior is produced by Prime Time Entertainment Directorate in collaboration with Fremantle ItalyThe program is available on demand on RaiPlay and also visible abroad on Rai Italy.

During the broadcast, clips of the performances, the most exciting moments and the guests' performances will be available on RaiPlay. The complete episodes will be uploaded immediately after the broadcast on Rai 1.
