“This is me”, Created by Maria DeFilippi and conducted by Silvia Toffanin, come back upstairs Channel 5 in early evening with a new season capable of blending the intimacy of Verissimo with the creative force of Friends. Each episode turns into a journey into talent, Between stories of life, passion and redemption told with authenticity and intensity. The protagonists are artists, athletes and faces of entertainment who, through their journey, show how determination can become engine of change, offering the public inspiration and courage.

How many episodes does the program have?

The This Is Me format consists of three episodes per season , each approximately 180 minutes long . The first season, which aired between November and December 2024, was broadcast in three episodes: November 20 , November 27 , and December 4 , with an average audience of over 3 million viewers and a 21,7% share.

Each evening featured musical performances, choreography, interviews, and entertainment moments in which the Amici protagonists shared their professional and personal journeys. The second season of the program began on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 , again in prime time on Canale 5 , and will continue with two new episodes scheduled for October 22 and 29.

Who makes the program?

Esto es mio It is the brainchild of Maria DeFilippi and is manufactured by PGT charm in collaboration with RTI. The director is Andrea Vicario, with the artistic direction of Stephane Jarny. The management of Silvia Toffanin is accompanied by the narration of Gigio D'Ambrosio, which accompanies the audience in the most touching moments. The authorial part sees the collaboration of a team of authors led by Lorenzo Arrigoni e Martina Marino, while the original music is composed by Ian Balini e Valerio CarboneThe scenography, curated by Marco Calzavara e Elisa Gelmi, transforms the studio into a theatrical space full of light and atmosphere, with choreographies signed by Liria Bertoni, Daniele Sibilli e Mattia Tuzzolino.

Where it takes place and who participates

The episodes are recorded at the Studio 8 of the Titanus Elios Center in Rome, the same television complex that hosts Friends e Verissimo. They alternate on stage artists, former contestants of Amici, singers, dancers and comedians, along with special guests from the world of sports and entertainment. The first edition saw the participation of names such as Emma, irama, Elodie, Giulia Stable, Annalisa, Alessandra Amoroso, Alberto Urso, Riki and many others. The dance troupe is made up of professionals from past editions of the talent show, including Elena D'Amario, Talisa Ravagnani e Michael LanzerotiGuest comedians include Pio and Amedeo, Francesco Cicchella e Geppi Cucciari, which contribute to creating moments of lightheartedness within the show.
