Finally, the final confirmation: Ciro Ricci is dead. The actor James George he publicly declared that the character will never return, not even in dreams or flashbacks. After five seasons in which his figure continued to influence events and relationships, the fifth season also put a full stop on his past: he is responsible for the "stesa" at the amusement park, which caused Eugenio's death. A twist that raised much controversy but which marks Ciro's definitive exit from the narrative.
